Ask yourself, have you truly been thoroughly investigated? This means more than just a basic check-up. Comprehensive testing can reveal underlying issues that might be affecting fertility. I’ve got a whole list of bloods I recommend client get before seeing me, trust me it’s comprehensive. 

2. Partner’s Sperm Quality

Is your partner’s sperm quality optimal? Not just within the range, but truly optimal. Those ranges are not optimal and represent the 5th percentile of fertile men. Many fertility issues stem from sperm quality, which can often be improved with diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes.

3. Right Supplements and Doses

Are you taking the right supplements and at the correct doses? Supplementation tailored to your specific needs can make a significant difference.

4. Seek a Second Opinion

Have you sought a second opinion? Different specialists might offer new insights or alternative treatment options.
